隅田川花火大会は東京の夏いちばんの夜。7月最終土曜、浅草近くの川面に約2万発が上がり、100万人近くが集まります。享保の飢饉にさかのぼる歴史、二つの打ち上げ会場、見る場所、そして何より帰り方まで、実用的にまとめました。
